These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hoh99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at hoh99.cam.

To register and maintain an active Account on hoh99, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are registering and using the Platform solely in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had an Account on hoh99 that was closed, suspended, or terminated by the Platform for any reason.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of hoh99 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not acting under a self-exclusion order or any voluntary or compulsory exclusion arrangement applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on hoh99, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions govern the registration and ongoing management of your Account:

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. You must notify hoh99 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
5. hoh99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.
6. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or entity.

5.1 Deposits

hoh99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX. All deposits are credited to your Account wallet in MYR. hoh99 does not impose additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction for bank transfers; RM5,000 per transaction for e-wallets (subject to payment provider limits).
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact live support immediately if you encounter a deposit issue.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals until verification is completed. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours during business hours.
• Withdrawals must, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hoh99 reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawals to alternative payment methods.

• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited from the withdrawal amount automatically.

5.3 Currency

All Platform transactions, balances, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). hoh99 does not operate in any other fiat currency for standard transactions. Cryptocurrency deposit options (where available) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

All wagers placed through the hoh99 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game and event rules applicable at the time of placement, in addition to these general terms. The following conditions apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

1. A wager is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the user. Wagers pending confirmation due to connectivity issues are not binding until confirmed by the system.
2. hoh99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void any bet where there is evidence of technical error, manifest odds error, suspicious betting patterns, or where accepting the bet would expose the Platform to unusual financial risk.
3. In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed — including but not limited to incorrect decimal values, reversed handicap lines, or system-generated anomalies — hoh99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players.
4. Sports bets on events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered competitions are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event, accessible within the sportsbook interface.
5. Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. hoh99 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, particularly around significant match events such as goals, red cards, or injuries.
6. Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by standard parlay rules. If one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining confirmed legs.
7. The Platform's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process outlined below.

hoh99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, and to the general conditions set out in this Clause.

• Bonus funds and free bets carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. hoh99 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion, including restricting availability to new accounts, accounts in specific regions, or accounts that have not previously claimed a specific offer.
• Each player may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or multiple payment methods constitutes a Prohibited Activity.
• hoh99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly where evidence of systematic abuse or exploitation is identified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value independent of the wagering requirement.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the available real-money balance will be withdrawn.

The integrity of the hoh99 Platform depends on all users engaging honestly and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities constitute Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void.
• Providing false identity documents, using another individual's payment method, or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to transact proceeds of illegal activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties, receiving funds from third parties for wagering purposes, or facilitating gambling for any person who is excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward hoh99 support staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.

hoh99 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. The KYC process applies to all accounts and is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing.

1. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method (screenshot of e-wallet interface or bank account statement).
2. hoh99 reserves the right to request verification at any stage — including upon registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
3. Documents submitted for KYC purposes must be authentic, current, and clearly legible. Submitting altered, forged, or third-party documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to authorities.
4. hoh99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 3 to 5 business days of receiving complete documentation. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address.
5. All personal data submitted during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the hoh99 Privacy Policy.

Either party may initiate the closure of an Account under the conditions described in this Clause. Closure procedures and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the circumstances involved.

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting hoh99 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by hoh99

hoh99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in Prohibited Activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account sharing.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including age verification failure.
• Direction from a licensing authority, law enforcement body, or financial intelligence unit.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms, hoh99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. Where closure is initiated for administrative or non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoh99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• hoh99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruption, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur without prior notice.
• hoh99 shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity failures on the part of your internet service provider, device malfunction, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Where a platform technical failure results in a game or bet outcome being affected, hoh99's liability is limited to the return of the relevant stake to the player's Account balance.
• hoh99 does not guarantee any level of winnings or return on any game or bet. All gaming and wagering outcomes carry inherent risk of financial loss.

Nothing in this Clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of hoh99, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by law.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and textual material appearing on the hoh99 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of hoh99 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of hoh99.
• Any unauthorised use of hoh99's trademarks, trade dress, or game content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by hoh99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.
